The genre is a problem. >.< I don't want to deal with the hassle of trying to rp in a game whose genre I don't know (like FF, b/c it took me long enough to app z.z). And well, MUSHes especially seem to be for elite rpers who are used to write long poses. For my part, I'd probably rp in ATS first, where my emotes will grow longer with time, and then afterwards I'd be more prone to MUSHing...I think?

Not really, I've seen people who posed only one to three lines with regularity in Elendor (which is like, one of the most intimidating MU*s around) and a onelining Feature Player no less (something like +elite status) Quality is much more prized than quantity, trust me on that.

FL isn't as high-calibre as Ele or even Matrix, which is why I decided to cocoon myself there. There's a lot of leeway rp-wise and people get away with practising their skills. The only problem I have with ATS is lazy rping and some people don't put enough effort into conversation (CoM for example made me lazy because of socials and their rp format with 'says in common' wrecked my narrative style).
